Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will handle inquiries from policy owners and third-party payers, ensuring a positive experience while working remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, applying service skills and product knowledge
- Anticipate customer needs and navigate multiple systems to provide integrated support
- Build relationships by delivering accurate information and resolving inquiries in real-time
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent through work, training, or education
- Proficiency in desktop applications such as MS Office and ability to navigate various software
- Capability to learn and apply knowledge of a broad range of products
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality
