Job Summary

Owning complex inquiries and cross-functional issues, the full-time remote Customer Experience Specialist II will maximize brand reputation by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while mentoring new hires and contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Professionally respond to customer inquiries, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
  • Resolve complex account-level issues through research and coordination with various departments
  • Serve as a resource for team members while mentoring new hires and assisting with training initiatives
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Proven ability to independently resolve complex inquiries and meet performance targets
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems such as Zendesk
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a dedicated workspace
