Job Summary

To support a growing customer base, the remote Customer Experience Specialist will manage customer support through various channels, maintain the Nurture Library, and optimize processes to enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide responsive customer support via Slack, email, and virtual meetings, troubleshooting technical issues and workflow challenges
  • Manage and improve the Nurture Library, creating and updating help articles and training materials to enhance customer education
  • Analyze performance data and recommend actionable improvements to support operations and customer engagement
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in content strategy, knowledge management, or customer-facing support/SaaS environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with church tech systems or customer retention initiatives is highly desired
