Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will manage inquiries related to membership, childcare, and programs while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Respond effectively to inquiries from members and staff via a centralized ticketing system
- Process various membership and program-related transactions across multiple YMCA operating systems
- Conduct audits of YMCA association data to ensure accuracy and escalate issues as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
- Entry-level industry knowledge and experience with YMCA operations
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
