Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries via phone or email, resolve issues related to fraud and internet operations, and act as a liaison between customers and various departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems through effective communication
- Research and address issues related to fraud support and internet operations
- Develop a thorough understanding of products, services, and applicable regulations
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience
- At least 18 months of prior customer service or related experience
- Completion of specialized skill training
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
