Job Summary
Assisting with the processing of contracts and payments, the full-time Customer Experience Representative will manage customer inquiries, cancellations, and administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Process and review contracts for eligibility, corrections, and updates based on dealer requests
- Handle customer inquiries regarding contracts and cancellations, providing accurate information and processing requests
- Manage incoming payments and assist with administrative duties related to contract management and dealer support
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of basic administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to type 10,000 keystrokes alphanumeric with a minimum 90% accuracy
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized
