Job Summary

Assisting with the processing of contracts and payments, the full-time Customer Experience Representative will manage customer inquiries, cancellations, and administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process and review contracts for eligibility, corrections, and updates based on dealer requests
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding contracts and cancellations, providing accurate information and processing requests
  • Manage incoming payments and assist with administrative duties related to contract management and dealer support
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of basic administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to type 10,000 keystrokes alphanumeric with a minimum 90% accuracy
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly organized
