Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth platform, the remote Customer Experience Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert, providing timely assistance to patients through various channels and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure positive health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Become an AgelessRx product expert by supporting and educating customers on their longevity journey
- Answer prospective and current patient inquiries efficiently to maximize satisfaction and assist in achieving successful outcomes
- Proactively identify inquiries requiring clinical insight and escalate them accordingly while helping to improve customer experience infrastructure
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
- Certified health coach certification or relevant education/experience in health coaching
- Education and/or professional experience in health, wellness, or a related field
- Ability to work consistently between the hours of 11am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday
- Interest in the anti-aging/longevity movement
