Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers through phone, text, and email to provide support and assistance
  • Assist customers with billing, insurance, and charge questions
  • Support providers and clients with onboarding, scheduling, and technical issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role in a technology, healthcare, or similar environment
  • Experience with health insurance benefits and explaining concepts to clients
  • Basic understanding of electronic medical record and billing platforms
  • Experience with cloud-based communications tools and customer service tools
  • Empathetic with strong active listening skills and ability to maintain boundaries
