Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through phone, text, and email to provide support and assistance
- Assist customers with billing, insurance, and charge questions
- Support providers and clients with onboarding, scheduling, and technical issues
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role in a technology, healthcare, or similar environment
- Experience with health insurance benefits and explaining concepts to clients
- Basic understanding of electronic medical record and billing platforms
- Experience with cloud-based communications tools and customer service tools
- Empathetic with strong active listening skills and ability to maintain boundaries
