Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Strategist to drive digital experience strategies for B2B and B2C brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client discovery, usability testing, and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Define personalization and SEO strategies to enhance digital experiences and drive measurable outcomes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and present strategic recommendations to senior clients
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in digital experience strategy, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment
  • Experience in designing personalization strategies and conducting technical SEO audits
  • Working knowledge of DXP tools like Adobe Experience Manager and Optimizely
  • Strong capabilities in UX design and producing relevant artifacts such as journey maps and usability findings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
