Driving customer experience transformation initiatives, the full-time Customer Experience Strategy Manager will advance exceptional customer journeys by translating insights into action and managing employee engagement programs, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience
- Translate customer experience data into actionable insights and communications
- Develop and manage programs to engage employees and promote customer-centric culture
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in customer experience, strategy consulting, or communications strategy
- Proven ability to build relationships with diverse audiences, including executives
- Strong project management skills with a focus on strategic objectives
- Mastery of communication strategies for various internal and external audiences
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
