Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Strategy, Senior Manager to enhance the customer journey within their Enterprise Platform Software business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Enterprise Software Platform leaders and Business Leadership team to manage and develop customer specific programs
- Design plans based on the customer experience, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers
- Capture customer feedback and identify new ways to streamline the customer journey
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management/administration, communications, marketing, or relevant direct experience
- Demonstrated record of leading programs that create positive customer experiences
- Proven track record of extensive project management and successful consultative stakeholder management
- Experience working in fast-paced, hands-on, adaptive environments
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions and a willingness to learn new technology systems
