Key Responsibilities
  • Engage as a specialist to address customer needs identified by the Technical Success Manager
  • Lead focused engagements, including discovery sessions and configuration reviews, providing actionable recommendations
  • Document product gaps and participate in product feedback initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related enterprise communications
  • At least 3 years of direct configuration or implementation experience
  • Relevant platform certifications are strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field is a plus
  • Documented professional history suitable for technical interview evaluation
