Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Engage as a specialist to address customer needs identified by the Technical Success Manager
- Lead focused engagements, including discovery sessions and configuration reviews, providing actionable recommendations
- Document product gaps and participate in product feedback initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, or related enterprise communications
- At least 3 years of direct configuration or implementation experience
- Relevant platform certifications are strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field is a plus
- Documented professional history suitable for technical interview evaluation
