Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor to oversee and manage customer service teams remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Customer Experience Leads and Agents to meet company objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and provide necessary training and development for team effectiveness
- Manage customer issues and collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in customer service
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PIVOT TABLES and VLOOKUP)
- Experience with business technology applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite)
- Ability to train and manage staff effectively
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
