Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Supervisor to oversee and manage customer service teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach Customer Experience Leads and Agents to meet company objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide necessary training and development for team effectiveness
  • Manage customer issues and collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in customer service
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PIVOT TABLES and VLOOKUP)
  • Experience with business technology applications (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite)
  • Ability to train and manage staff effectively
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
