Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of CX Representatives
  • Oversee daily Customer Experience operations and handle escalated customer issues
  • Ensure quality assurance of customer interactions and assist in developing training programs
Required Qualifications
  • Must live in Florida
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Experience environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of high performance in resolving complex customer issues
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
