Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of CX Representatives
- Oversee daily Customer Experience operations and handle escalated customer issues
- Ensure quality assurance of customer interactions and assist in developing training programs
Required Qualifications
- Must live in Florida
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Experience environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of high performance in resolving complex customer issues
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
