Job Summary

Overseeing a team of Customer Experience Specialists, the full-time Supervisor, Customer Experience will ensure exceptional service delivery, coach staff, monitor performance metrics, and implement service strategies in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular meetings and performance appraisals
  • Monitor employee performance to ensure departmental goals and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with leadership to address performance issues and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Health Insurance and Customer Service call center environment
  • Demonstrated supervisory potential, such as previous team lead or project leader experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn other data systems
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general plan benefits and guidelines
