Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Customer Experience Specialists, the full-time Supervisor, Customer Experience will ensure exceptional service delivery, coach staff, monitor performance metrics, and implement service strategies in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular meetings and performance appraisals
- Monitor employee performance to ensure departmental goals and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with leadership to address performance issues and enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least 3 years of experience in a Health Insurance and Customer Service call center environment
- Demonstrated supervisory potential, such as previous team lead or project leader experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn other data systems
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general plan benefits and guidelines
