Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, the full-time remote Customer Experience Supervisor will manage staff development, enhance service performance, and implement process improvements while supporting the Central Time Zone market areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and support customer service staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor customer service performance and implement strategies for improvement based on feedback and operational analysis
  • Compile reports, analyze budgets, and ensure operational efficiency to meet service goals
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Supervisory or management experience is required
