Job Summary
Overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, the full-time remote Customer Experience Supervisor will manage staff development, enhance service performance, and implement process improvements while supporting the Central Time Zone market areas.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support customer service staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor customer service performance and implement strategies for improvement based on feedback and operational analysis
- Compile reports, analyze budgets, and ensure operational efficiency to meet service goals
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 5 years of relevant work experience in customer service or call center environments
- Supervisory or management experience is required
