Job Summary
Overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, the full-time remote Customer Experience Supervisor will manage staff development, monitor performance, and implement strategies to enhance customer service excellence while supporting Eastern and Central time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support customer service staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Analyze customer feedback and operational performance to identify and implement process improvements
- Compile reports and manage call center schedules to ensure service levels meet established goals
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years of relevant work experience in customer service or call center environments
- Proven supervisory or management skills
- Experience in developing training programs for staff
- Ability to analyze budgets and financial data
