Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department, the full-time remote Customer Experience Supervisor will manage staff development, monitor performance, and implement strategies to enhance customer service excellence while supporting Eastern and Central time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and support customer service staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational performance to identify and implement process improvements
  • Compile reports and manage call center schedules to ensure service levels meet established goals
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five years of relevant work experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Proven supervisory or management skills
  • Experience in developing training programs for staff
  • Ability to analyze budgets and financial data
