Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Customer Experience Supervisor will supervise and develop customer service staff, monitor departmental performance, and implement process improvements to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and evaluate customer service staff to maintain high employee satisfaction and performance standards
  • Monitor unit personnel work to ensure timely and accurate processing in alignment with departmental goals
  • Develop and implement unit standards and procedures while facilitating effective communication within the team and across departments
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing applications
  • Ability to analyze work processes and recommend improvements for efficiency
