Job Summary
To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Customer Experience Supervisor will supervise and develop customer service staff, monitor performance to meet departmental standards, and implement process improvements for efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, evaluate, and develop customer service staff to achieve satisfaction goals
- Monitor unit personnel performance to ensure accurate and timely processing of services
- Recommend and implement procedural changes to improve service quality and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to analyze work processes and recommend improvements
- General knowledge of call center technology and servicing channels is desired
