Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Customer Experience Supervisor will supervise and develop customer service staff, monitor performance to meet departmental standards, and implement process improvements for efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise, evaluate, and develop customer service staff to achieve satisfaction goals
  • Monitor unit personnel performance to ensure accurate and timely processing of services
  • Recommend and implement procedural changes to improve service quality and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze work processes and recommend improvements
  • General knowledge of call center technology and servicing channels is desired
