Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the portfolio of systems work for the Customer Experience sub-team, ensuring alignment with department goals
  • Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and facilitate solution discovery while ensuring readiness standards are met
  • Act as a translator between business needs and technical realities, creating communication plans for project updates and stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a systems, product, operations, or project leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to assess value, cost, effort, and ROI
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, or similar systems
