Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Lead, Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the portfolio of systems work for the Customer Experience sub-team, ensuring alignment with department goals
- Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and facilitate solution discovery while ensuring readiness standards are met
- Act as a translator between business needs and technical realities, creating communication plans for project updates and stakeholder alignment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a systems, product, operations, or project leadership role
- Demonstrated success in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to assess value, cost, effort, and ROI
- Prior experience working with Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, or similar systems
