Job Summary
Serving as the Business Owner for assigned customer- and associate-facing technology platforms, the full-time remote Customer Experience Technology Manager will ensure these platforms deliver exceptional experiences while collaborating with various departments to identify issues, prioritize enhancements, and shape future capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor platform health and identify enhancement opportunities to improve customer and associate experiences
- Develop multi-year platform roadmaps and manage relationships with strategic technology vendors
- Lead business acceptance testing and validate delivered capabilities while defining business requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in Customer Experience and Digital, Product, Technology, Business Analysis, or Operations
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience serving as a business owner for enterprise technology platforms
- Strong executive communication and vendor management skills
