Job Summary

Serving as the Business Owner for assigned customer- and associate-facing technology platforms, the full-time remote Customer Experience Technology Manager will ensure these platforms deliver exceptional experiences while collaborating with various departments to identify issues, prioritize enhancements, and shape future capabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor platform health and identify enhancement opportunities to improve customer and associate experiences
  • Develop multi-year platform roadmaps and manage relationships with strategic technology vendors
  • Lead business acceptance testing and validate delivered capabilities while defining business requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in Customer Experience and Digital, Product, Technology, Business Analysis, or Operations
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Experience serving as a business owner for enterprise technology platforms
  • Strong executive communication and vendor management skills
