Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Trainer who will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs to enhance customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions focused on customer experience and service excellence
  • Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training, adapting to diverse audiences and ensuring engagement
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement based on performance metrics


Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a corporate trainer or learning & development role
  • Experience facilitating virtual training with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and virtual engagement best practices
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certification in talent development or related fields is a plus
