Job Summary

To support division strategic objectives, the full-time remote Customer Experience Trainer will assess training needs, develop and conduct training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness through various methods.

Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate seminars and workshops to address business needs and provide relevant feedback
  • Develop and enhance training programs, ensuring materials are appropriate for adult learning styles
  • Measure training effectiveness and recommend program improvements based on evaluation results
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of presentation/facilitation experience in a training or coaching capacity
  • Experience in developing soft skills and leadership training programs
  • Proficiency in computer-based training software and presentation tools
  • Ability to engage effectively in virtual environments, maintaining camera presence during meetings
