Job Summary
Customer Experience Training Manager, responsible for leading and developing the CX Training team to create and manage training programs in a full-time, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of CX training and certification programs aligned with business goals
- Build scalable learning solutions to enhance customer adoption and employee onboarding
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and improve program effectiveness using data and feedback
Required Qualifications
- Proven people management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams
- Experience in building and scaling training programs in a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
- Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
- Experience with learning management systems and training analytics tools
