Job Summary

Customer Experience Training Manager, responsible for leading and developing the CX Training team to create and manage training programs in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and execution of CX training and certification programs aligned with business goals
  • Build scalable learning solutions to enhance customer adoption and employee onboarding
  • Partner with leadership to identify training needs and improve program effectiveness using data and feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Proven people management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Experience in building and scaling training programs in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences
  • Experience with learning management systems and training analytics tools
