Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience & UX Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with beta users to gather feedback on usability and overall experience
- Evaluate core user journeys to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
- Design user flows and high-fidelity UI screens in Figma while ensuring adherence to design guidelines
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design with a relevant portfolio
- Strong background in user research and synthesizing insights for user experience improvement
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with established design systems
- Experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile platforms
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred
