Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer-Facing Dispatch Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor internal task board to claim and dispatch jobs while communicating with process servers
  • Resolve issues related to missing customer information and escalate as necessary
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to manage expectations and gather feedback for service improvement
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities
  • Experience with digital tools and CRM or sales/ops platforms is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently while achieving team goals
  • Sales-mindedness with the ability to recognize and act on revenue opportunities
