Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer-Facing Dispatch Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal task board to claim and dispatch jobs while communicating with process servers
- Resolve issues related to missing customer information and escalate as necessary
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to manage expectations and gather feedback for service improvement
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination
- Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities
- Experience with digital tools and CRM or sales/ops platforms is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently while achieving team goals
- Sales-mindedness with the ability to recognize and act on revenue opportunities
