Job Summary
Customer-Facing Dispatch Coordinator, this full-time remote position involves coordinating the timely dispatch of legal documents while driving customer satisfaction and revenue through effective communication and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor task board to claim and dispatch jobs, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Maintain proactive communication with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and gather feedback
- Achieve KPIs related to dispatch rates, customer satisfaction, and operational improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume tasks
- Experience with digital tools and CRM or sales/ops platforms is a plus
