Customer Facing Research Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Facing Research Analyst to support strategic engagements with Life Sciences partners using Electronic Health Record data.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope customer analysis requests and produce studies using SQL, R, and Python
• Collaborate with life sciences customers to assist in producing peer-reviewed publications
• Provide technical analytics support and communicate project statuses to ensure client success

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in clinical research, data analysis, clinical informatics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience analyzing Electronic Health Record data or Real World Data
• Experience working with large databases consisting of millions of patients' data
• 2+ years of experience delivering high-quality research analyses to customers
• Willingness to learn new coding languages and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
