Customer Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Finance Analyst to support its finance department with various financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices, verify details, and monitor outstanding payments
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including recording payments and initiating collections for overdue balances
• Support onboarding for new customers and maintain accurate records in the accounting software

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in an invoicing/accounts receivable role
• Working understanding of QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
