Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive service to patients regarding billing and financial issues
• Manage accounts receivable functions including collections and financial assistance programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Experience working with various billing systems is a plus
