Job Summary

Working from home full-time, the Customer Financial Specialist will engage with patients through inbound and outbound calls, providing comprehensive support for billing inquiries, account management, and financial assistance programs while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide one-stop service for patients by addressing billing issues and advocating for their concerns
  • Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection, account resolution, and management of financial assistance programs
  • Educate patients on complex billing and insurance issues while maintaining compliance with regulations and internal policies
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year in customer service
