Job Summary

Working from home in the Eastern Standard Time Zone, the full-time Customer Financial Specialist Associate will manage inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment, providing patient support, resolving account issues, and educating patients on billing and insurance matters.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive service to patients by addressing inquiries and advocating for their concerns
  • Perform accounts receivable functions, including cash collection, account resolution, and management of financial assistance programs

Required qualifications
