Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Customer Fulfillment to lead the Americas team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive retail, ecommerce, and distribution fulfillment operations
Develop strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations
Oversee logistics, budgeting, and strategic initiatives to meet current and future needs

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant experience in warehouse and fulfillment operations
Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven ability to manage costs, analyze data, and drive KPI improvements
Experience with project management and transforming organizations
Leadership skills to develop teams and affect change in a collaborative manner
