Job Summary

Responsible for financial management and customer invoicing, the full-time remote Customer Fulfillment Manager will oversee cost classification, billing, and project closeout for Field Service projects within the Steam Power Services Industrial segment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Own cost classification, billing, and collections for assigned customer portfolio
  • Manage outage demand placement, including parts requests and scheduling
  • Support Service Account Manager with customer communication and outage closeout
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting role
  • Knowledge of power generation services and field services requirements
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Strong financial knowledge and commercial/contractual experience
