Job Summary
Supporting assigned Customer Service Managers and ensuring timely delivery of parts and services, the full-time remote Customer Fulfillment Manager will manage billing, outage planning, and logistics for a designated customer portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Own cost classification, billing, and collections for the assigned customer portfolio
- Manage outage demand placement, including parts requests and repair scheduling
- Track outage progress and issue timely customer billing while supporting CSM in communication and relationship management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting roles
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience within the power generation services or industrial manufacturing industry
- Strong financial knowledge and commercial/contractual experience
