Job Summary

Supporting assigned Customer Service Managers and ensuring timely delivery of parts and services, the full-time remote Customer Fulfillment Manager will manage billing, outage planning, and logistics for a designated customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities
  • Own cost classification, billing, and collections for the assigned customer portfolio
  • Manage outage demand placement, including parts requests and repair scheduling
  • Track outage progress and issue timely customer billing while supporting CSM in communication and relationship management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial/billing, customer support, operations, or forecasting roles
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle
  • Experience within the power generation services or industrial manufacturing industry
  • Strong financial knowledge and commercial/contractual experience
