Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of existing SMB customers, the full-time Customer Growth Account Executive will drive revenue through upselling and product adoption while primarily working remotely with occasional field visits in assigned territories.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover customer pain points and position Toast's product offerings
- Achieve quota attainment by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales revenue and unit booking targets
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales environment
- Strong full-cycle sales skills, including deep discovery and effective closing techniques
- Consultative approach with the ability to challenge prospects' perspectives
- Self-motivated and resilient with a growth mindset
