Customer Growth Specialist

Job Summary

To support customer engagement and retention, the part-time contract-to-hire Customer Growth Specialist will conduct outbound calls and emails to assist families in accessing and using OurFamilyWizard, focusing on account setup, subscription conversion, and renewal recovery in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer revenue through outbound calls, emails, and engagement campaigns focused on activation, subscription conversion, and renewal recovery
• Assist parents in completing account setup and understanding the value of OurFamilyWizard while encouraging continued platform usage
• Maintain consistent outbound activity and meet performance goals related to customer contact rates and conversion metrics

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, customer retention, or call center environments
• Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and conversion goals
• Experience managing customer conversations by phone in a professional setting
• Comfort navigating multiple systems and accurately documenting customer interactions
• Experience in SaaS or subscription services is a plus
