Job Summary
To nurture a community of over 9,000 families, the full-time remote Customer Happiness Manager will manage relationships, provide exceptional support, and lead a customer support team while engaging families through creative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with families to resolve inquiries and foster brand loyalty
- Recruit, train, and manage a customer support team member for operational efficiency
- Engage the community through proactive initiatives and oversee customer-related administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, support, account management, or marketing
- Proven ability to build long-term community relationships with exceptional empathy
- Proactive in transforming customer insights into operational improvements
- Results-driven leader with a high level of accountability
- Experience in the NYC parenting or education market is highly preferred
