Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Happiness Specialist to engage prospective clients and provide high-quality support throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and convert inbound and outbound leads, guiding clients through the booking process
  • Deliver high-quality customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate with chefs and venue partners to confirm event details and ensure successful bookings
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer support, or a hybrid sales/service role
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to balance conversion targets and customer experience
  • Experience with CRM and support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce or similar)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel
  • Experience in culinary, hospitality, events, travel, or marketplace environments is a plus
