Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Customer Implementation Consultant will manage customer relationships during the implementation process, ensuring successful onboarding and product utilization while driving results through effective communication and project management.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and implement a post-sale project plan to manage product implementation and ensure customer success
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers, demonstrating product value and best practices
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with customers to keep them engaged and on track for a successful go-live
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant project management experience
  • 2+ years of implementation experience, preferably with complex software applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to provide expert advice regarding product value
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations
