Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of strategic customers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-launch stabilization
  • Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met on time and aligned with customer expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the implementation process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, customer onboarding, or consulting, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models and systems integrations
  • Experience leading complex enterprise implementations involving technology and managed services
  • Proven project management skills, with PMP or Agile certification preferred
