Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager (APAC).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire onboarding process for customers, from sales handover through configuration, training, and activation
- Conduct implementation and optimization sessions tailored to customer needs, driving adoption of Helpdesk and AI Agent products
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS as an implementation manager with a successful track record in post-sales adoption
- Experience in crafting and overseeing project timelines to enhance activation among merchants
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, providing tailored support
- Demonstrated adaptability to change and quick learning of new product developments
- Passion for technology, automation, and the future of AI in customer support
