Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage master project schedules and integrate team schedules
• Drive risk management processes and communicate project risks
• Coordinate tasks between internal and external resources and assist customers during software implementation

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Health Administration
• Minimum of five years of experience in managing complex SaaS software, preferably in the Risk and/or Quality domains for health plans
• Strong project management skills; PMI certification (or equivalent) is desired
• Experience onboarding enterprise SaaS software for health plans
• Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and manage complex programs independently
