Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage master project schedules and integrate team schedules
- Drive risk management processes and communicate project risks
- Coordinate tasks between internal and external resources and assist customers during software implementation
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Health Administration
- Minimum of five years of experience in managing complex SaaS software, preferably in the Risk and/or Quality domains for health plans
- Strong project management skills; PMI certification (or equivalent) is desired
- Experience onboarding enterprise SaaS software for health plans
- Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams and manage complex programs independently
