Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Implementations Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the onboarding and expansion process, executing project plans for product or service launches
- Develop an understanding of customer business needs to ensure the onboarding process meets their success criteria
- Deliver training to customers and manage project timelines, updates, and communications with internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer implementation, project management, or customer success/operations roles
