Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join their Activation Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage EZLynx implementation projects, ensuring timely communication and high-quality outcomes
  • Identify and manage customer expectations while providing guidance on best practices and workflows
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, fostering strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience
  • Ability to establish credibility with clients through industry and product knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in the insurance industry or with EZLynx software is a plus
