Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and the data services execution team, providing project status updates
• Oversee complex data conversion projects and conduct customer training for data migration tasks
• Manage customer expectations, ensure timely delivery of data conversion deliverables, and lead data review sessions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in insurance and/or technology
• Experience or interest in data conversions
• Experience working on projects requiring high attention to detail
• Knowledge or use of relevant products and services
• Demonstrated analytical skills to develop creative solutions
