Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency with BI platforms (Power BI or Tableau) for interpreting dashboards
- Working knowledge of SQL or ability to collaborate with technical teams
- Experience in translating business questions into analytical requirements and KPI frameworks
