Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret customer insights to identify risks and opportunities, recommending strategic actions based on feedback
  • Manage customer feedback workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct advanced analysis to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, analytics, marketing, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing customer feedback across multiple channels
  • 3+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
  • 3+ years of experience with customer experience measurement frameworks and metrics
  • 3 years of experience synthesizing data and communicating findings to stakeholders
