Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Customer Insights Analyst will utilize strong analytical skills and modern AI tools to develop customer health metrics, churn analysis, and experience metrics, while working in a remote or hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer health scoring and churn risk analysis to enhance customer experience
- Utilize AI tools to surface insights and create data products for internal decision-making
- Operationalize methodologies to measure the impact and value delivered to customers over time
Required qualifications
- Experience in data analysis and customer insights, preferably in a technology or software environment
- Proficiency in modern AI tools and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of customer health metrics and experience measurement methodologies
- Ability to build and maintain data foundations for analytics purposes
- Curiosity and hands-on approach to leveraging AI for business improvements
