Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Customer Insights & Data Analytics (remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the acquisition and assessment of data for technical products to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements while innovating analytical products and curating new data sources
  • Engage with leadership and stakeholders to enhance project design and deliver impactful insights
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Computer Science (Required)
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) and/or master's degree (Preferred)
  • 8 years or more in big-data data analysis in a Fortune 500 company or Management Consulting (Required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, SAS, or other statistical packages (Required)
  • 1 year or more of experience in the transportation/logistics industry (Preferred)
